Terms and Conditions
Drivers Age
Minimum driver’s age is 21 years and the maximum driver's age is 65 years.
A young
driver surcharge of EUR 5 + tax per day up to a maximum charge of EUR 50 + tax
per rental will apply for drivers under 24 years.
A senior driver surcharge of EUR 5 + tax per day up to a
maximum charge of EUR 50 + tax per rental will apply for drivers after 65
years.
Drivers License
The renter and the driver have to be in possession of a valid driving license
for at least 1 year with no major endorsements. Also, a valid ID card or
passport would be required at time of pick up.
Driver's holding UK driving license will be subject to DVLA check.
An International Driver’s License (IDL) is not required.
All driving license
requirements and age restrictions are valid for both, the principal driver, and
all additional drivers.
Insurance Coverage
Collision Damage Waiver (CDW)
CDW is included in your rental amount.
Collision damage waiver reduces the customer’s damage responsibility to the
excess/deductible amount.
The maximum excess amount of CDW depends upon the vehicle groups: MDMR -

IDMR- 1300euro
CDAR - 1400euro

Theft Waiver (THW)
THW is included in your rental amount.
Theft Waiver reduces the client's financial responsibility for loss or theft to
the vehicle to the sum of the excess/deductible amount.
The maximum excess amount of THW depends upon the vehicle groups:

HDMR- 1300euro
ECMR- 1300euro
CDMR - 1400euro
IDMR- 1300euro

Third Party Liability Insurance (TPL)
It is included in your rental amount.
Insurance coverage for the vehicle rented includes Third Party Liability with a
maximum cover for personal injury or material damages.
Personal Accident Insurance
(PAI)
It is included in your rental
amount. Personal Accident Insurance provides cover against the consequences of
an accident.
Excess Reduction
In the event of an accident, Super Collision Damage Waiver (Super CDW) reduces
your excess amount up to a small manageable amount.
The price of Super CDW varies
according to the vehicle groups which is as follows:
EUR 14 per day - For economy
(2/4 door) vehicle groups.
EUR 17 per day - For compact
(4-5 door, manual) vehicle groups.
EUR 19 per day - For compact
(4-5 door, automatic), standard (4-5 door) and luxury (4-5 door) vehicle
groups.
EUR 21 per day - For premium
(4-5 door) vehicle groups.
EUR 25 per day - For standard
SUV groups.
EUR 30 per day - For luxury SUV
and standard Van groups.
Please Note: If the renter opts
for Super CDW the deposit will be EUR 150 which will be blocked on the renter's
credit card.
It may not cover Glass, tyres
and other accessories. Super CDW is optional and can be purchased at the rental
desk. For more information, please check at the rental desk.

Fees - paid locally
Airport fee is included in the rental amount.
Tax Road Fee: 10euro + VAT
GPS: 5 euro VAT included per day, maximum 50euro per rental.
Child Seats: 5 euro VAT included per day, maximum 50euro per rental.
Snow Chains: 5 euro VAT included per day, maximum 50euro per rental.
Additional driver: First included in rates, for second 5 euro VAT included per
day maximum 50euro
per rental.
Administration Fee: 50euro + VAT, in case of
fines or refuelling.
Smoking / Eating inside the car
tax: 100euro + VAT
Out Of Hours Fee for all
locations except Otopeni Airport: 20euro + VAT
Winterization Fees
During the selected dates (1st
November to 31st March).
Winterization Fee is applicable
for a charge of EUR 3 +
VAT per day up to a maximum charge of EUR 50 + VAT per rental.
The cost of Winterization Fee
is not included with the car you've selected.
Fuel Policy
The vehicle will be supplied with
a full tank of fuel and must be returned full. Otherwise, missing fuel in
addition to a refuelling charge of EUR 50+ VAT per rental will be charged on your return. If
customer brings back empty then supplier will charge the customer for a higher
tariff.
Fuel charges are payable at the rental desk unless otherwise stated. Supplier's
fuel policies change from time to time, please confirm at rental counter.
Please Note: Tank deposit of
EUR 150 per rental will apply.
Breakdown Assistance
24 hours roadside assistance is available for all rentals for Romania. Relevant
contact details and roadside assistance procedures will be given prior to the
commencement of the hire.
Mileage Policy
Unlimited for Romania.
Mileage limitation (300km/day)
for Cross Border rentals.
Cross Border Travel
Cross border travel is allowed to
all European Union Countries and an additional charge of EUR 100 + VAT per rental
depending on country will apply. Please check at the rental desk for more
information.
Roadside assistance is not included outside of territory
of Romania.
Tax Rate
Tax (VAT) is included in the rental price. However, for all the optional extras
or special equipment, or extra services, Tax would be levied separately.
Payment Methods & Deposit
All major credit cards such as
Visa/Mastercard are accepted.
Debit cards and Cash are
accepted for rental payment.
AMERICAN EXPRESS credit card is
not accepted.
Credit card should be valid for
a minimum of 3 months from the day of rental and must be physically available
at time of vehicle collection. The credit card should be under the lead
driver's name only.
Any transaction made at rental
desk will be processed in RON (Small differences may occur due to exchange
rate).
Deposit
A refundable deposit varying from EUR 1300 to EUR 2500 (depending on the
vehicle group) plus rental amount is held from the credit card at the time of
rental until the vehicle is returned.

Otopeni Airport – shuttle bus service
Bucharest City Office – on site
Cluj Airport – shuttle bus service
Sibiu Airport – in terminal
Timisoara Airport – in terminal
Brasov - shuttle bus service
Pick up & Drop off
Pick up and drop off car is free of charge
during office hours - outside office hours a fee is applicable. Customer is
fully responsible for repair costs for any damages detected on the car not
clearly marked on the rental agreement. a representative from the rental
company may not be present at time of return. Customer agrees that any charges
that may be observed during the inspection of the vehicle can be debited renter
later; but not more than 48 hours after return of the vehicle.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation is free of charge.
Out of Hours
After 1 hour deviation from the
confirmed pick up / return hour incur a charge of 20euro + VAT, paid locally.
Out of Hours service at Airport
(Sibiu, Cluj and Timisoara) is available for a charge of EUR 20 + VAT per rental,
paid locally.
Flight number must be provided
for Airport pickups.
We strongly recommend contacting
your rental provider in case of any time charge.
One Ways
ONE WAY RENTALS ARE PERMITTED BETWEEN CLUJ, TIMISOARA
SIBIU AND BUCHAREST AIRPORT LOCATIONS DURING NORMAL BUSINESS HOURS. DROP OFFS
ARE NOT PERMITTED ON MAJOR HOLIDAYS. CHECK WITH THE AGENT AT THE TIME OF RENTAL
FOR DETAILS AND DROP LOCATIONS. ONE WAY FEE AMOUNT IS 100 EURO VAT INCLUDED PER RENTAL.
Extras
Confirmation of Special
Equipments depends upon the availability at the rental desk even when booked.
No charge made locally for unavailable items.
If the customer returns the car dirty will be charged with 50euro + VAT, paid
locally.
